Digital access opens at once

Full access is a digital product that starts working right after payment. By buying it, you ask us to give you access immediately, and you agree that you lose the right to cancel the purchase once access is opened.

Because of this, we do not refund purchases when access was opened and worked.

When we refund in full

• If you were charged twice for the same order.
• If you paid but access did not open, and we could not fix it within 3 days of your message.
• If a technical problem on our side stops the website from working for you, and we cannot fix it.

How to ask

Write to dansaiofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of the purchase. Add your order number or the email you used at checkout, and tell us what happened.

Refunds go back to the same card or payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Banks usually show the money in 5–10 business days.
